COLORADO’S BEST WEDDING CONTEST
Who Can Enter
1.Entrants must be 21 years of age, legal Colorado residents and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.
2 Employees of KDVR, Lower Lake Ranch, Blondies the Beauty Shop Salon & Spa, Donna Beth Creations, Brilliant Bridal their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
3.NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Only one entry per household. The contest begins when posted on February 13, 2015 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST February 27, 2015. Contest review period 3/2/15-3/20/15. Winner will be announced on air on 3/27/15. Wedding date at the Lower Lake Ranch 5/31/15 no exceptions.
4. To enter, go to the Contest Page at www.KDVR.com , www.KWGN.com or Coloradosbest.tv and click on the Wedding Contest entry form and provide all information requested. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, or in any other media, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
5.Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. There will be one random drawing selecting a winner from among valid entries conducted on or about 3/20/15.

Meals are served by staff in a serving line and is usually open 1 hour for serving. Guests are invited back to the buffet line for additional servings, as appropriate. Buffet line closes after dinner hour ends.

Blondies the Beauty Shop Salon & Spa:
Value : $2,600 On location hair and makeup for the bride and up to 4 maids and the mother of the bride. Any additional persons $200 per service if time allows to be paid by the Bride
Value : $ 325 Spa day prior to the wedding to include: manicure and pedicure, massage, facial and airbrush tan for the Bride

Bridal gown alterations- $600 value
> Veil (if needed)-up to $500 value

Brilliant Bridal:
The bride can choose the dress of her choice up to a $3,000 value and there is NO size restrictions. They have sizes 0-28 available in store.

The total prize package value is $22,415
Winner is responsible for taxes on the prize amount.
8.The winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about 3/20/15. The winner must bring valid photo ID to KDVR-TV 100 E. Speer Blvd. Denver 80203 to pick up the gift certificates. The Colorado’s Best Wedding will take place on Sunday June 31St 2015. No exceptions.
8. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
9. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
10. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 180-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. Winners must claim the prize within seven days of notification.

14.This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the contest, or in the announcement of the prize.
15.By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of entrants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.KDVR.com .
