Who Can Enter
1.Entrants must be 21 years of age, legal Colorado residents and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.
2 Employees of KDVR, Lower Lake Ranch, Lorenzo Jewelers, Impressions Dental Spa, Apple Vacations, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
3.NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Only one entry per household. The contest begins when posted on February 14, 2014 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST February 28, 2014. Contest review peroid 3/3/14-3/21/14. Winner will be anounced on air on 3/28/14. Wedding date at the Lower Lake Ranch 6/22/14 no exceptions.
4. To enter, go to the Contest Page at www.KDVR.com , www.KWGN.com or Coloradosbest.tv and click on the Wedding Contest entry form and provide all information requested. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, or in any other media, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
5.Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. There will be one random drawing selecting a winner from among valid entries conducted on or about February 28, 2014.

Apple Vacations are pleased to provide (1) 7-Night trip for 2 adults to Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica - Runaway Bay. Trips include round-trip, non-stop flights from Denver. All meals and drinks in resort, and 7 nights accommodations. Value of the Trip- $3,300. The trip will need to be taken between Jan 1st – April 1st , 2014 OR Jan 1st – April 1st, 2015. All departure taxes, insurance, fees and fuel surcharges (approximately $310-$368 per person, subject to change) will be advised by Apple Promotional Bookings and must be paid by the traveler to Apple Vacations prior to departure. These taxes include:
i. Airport departure taxes
ii. Airport arrival taxes
iii. Airline Fuel surcharges
iv. AV-OK Insurance
Restricted dates of travel include: 5 days prior to and after holidays such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other U.S. government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc..). Apple Vacations will mail travel vouchers for charter flight, transfers and hotel once payment has been received. Trips are subject to availability. Restrictions apply. Once Apple Vacations has confirmed a trip, no changes can be made. A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of this certificate. Travel must be completed within the redemption period noted on this form – no extensions allowed. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another on charter air and of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Neither party undertakes by this Agreement, or otherwise, to perform any obligation of the other party. Neither party shall be construed as an employee, agent, legal representative, partner or joint venturer of the other, or acting as the agent of the other in any respect, all other provisions of this Agreement, notwithstanding. Neither party shall have the authority to contract for or bind the other in any manner and shall not represent itself as an agent of the other party or as otherwise authorized to act for or on behalf of the other party.
The total prize package value is $18,738
Winner is responsible for taxes on the prize amount.
8.The winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about 3/28/14. The winner must bring valid photo ID to KDVR-TV 100 E. Speer Blvd. Denver 80203 to pick up the gift certificates. The Colorado’s Best Wedding will take place on Sunday June 30th 2014. No exceptions.
8. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
9. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
10. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 180-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. Winners must claim the prize within seven days of notification.

14.This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the contest, or in the announcement of the prize.
15.By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of entrants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.KDVR.com .
