The Copper Pot, now with two Englewood/Denver area locations, strives to make every customer feel as though they are dining with friends. Owners Joe Jaramillo and Sarah Worton have brought the neighborhood restaurant back to the community. With a versatile, scratch made menu that blends their two upbringings, they have put their own mark on regional American classics such as meatloaf, chicken fried, baked macaroni and cheese, fish and chips, and many more, including some of the best burgers around. The idea of bringing back the “neighborhood” restaurant was an important one. It was in restaurants like this where the staff knew you by name, and became places where families ate together for generations. One of their favorite quotes is Come In - Laugh Much - Visit Often. Sharing genuine, comfort food and good company is the cornerstone of this family business.
