Gabe’s passion for cooking began in his mother’s kitchen in Washington DC, which propelled his culinary career for the last 17 years. Gabe received his degree in the culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado. His professional experience has included Mirepoix Restaurant in Cherry Creek, and The Oceanaire Seafood Room downtown where he helped to create savory specials, decadent desserts, and imagination in the kitchen. Not only has he studied, learned, and created food in the US, but he’s traveled the world looking for further inspiration. He spent time in Central and South America, Cambodia, China, and Japan, finding ingredients and different methods to create dishes your palate will crave time and time again.
