Curves is dedicated to strengthening women by providing a total body workout which includes strength training, cardio, and stretching. All 3 are essential for getting and staying healthy. We are more than just a gym. We are a community of woman all strengthening each other in a very supportive, non-intimidating environment.
Curves is time efficient. Our 30 minute workout provides cardio AND, the missing component for women, strength training at the same time. The Curves workout is equivalent to an hour and a half in a regular gym. Our machines work at least two muscle groups at a time while keeping your heart rate elevated. Muscle provides an after burn that aerobics, like walking, doesn’t. Muscle continues to burn calories long after you finish your Curves workout.
Curves is affordable. All memberships include a Curves trainer with every workout and free weight management classes. Curves has the most researched and proven weight management program in the world. Jessica here has been a Curves member for a year and a half and has lost over 100 lbs by exercising at Curves and taking advantage of our free weight management program.
