When you hear the phrase “whirlwind culinary tour,” you probably think of traveling through whole countries or continents in search of great food, or at least, spending a week restaurant hopping. But what if you could sum up that experience in one restaurant?
Las Brisas mines flavors from Mexico, South America, the American Southwest, Spain and the Caribbean, making for a transcendent, flavor-colliding menu that has something for everyone. Guests will whet their appetites on tapas, ensaladas and homemade sopas. The spotlight however rests on main course stunners like the seafood enchiladas, Mediterranean salmon, swordfish fajitas, chipotle baby back ribs and exquisite Spanish paella. Diners can even create a unique pasta out of a variety of classic noodles, and top it with an unusual and unusually delicious sauce like lobster bisque, jalapeno cream sauce or green chili Alfredo. Yelpers can’t yip enough about the terrific food and, of course, the margaritas. Which leaves us to crown this review with mention of the most exciting dessert we’ve heard of since Mont Blanc: a chocolate cheesecake chimichanga. I know it will be hard to do, but we implore you, save room for this sweet masterpiece!
