Our Food - CAFE 180’s signature and ever-changing daily soups and salads consist mostly of organic, seasonal, fresh produce. Our ingredients are purchased or donated from local distributors and Colorado farms to ensure that the food you are eating is as fresh and flavorful as possible.
Our Mission - CAFE 180, recognizing our universal appetite for delicious, nourishing food and social connectedness, is dedicated to eliminating hunger and social barriers associated with food by feeding all people regardless of their ability to pay, in a dignified and respectful manner.
It is a simple but powerful idea: anyone can eat, regardless of his or her ability to pay. Those who can pay support those who cannot; those who cannot are encouraged to earn their meal by volunteering. It is a restaurant that could serve anyone, regardless of their ability to pay and we also embraced the idea that this restaurant would bring together people from very different walks of life.
